We use a donor piece of carpet for the repair that can usually be found inside the floor space of a closet or wardrobe where the carpet fitters may have installed an off cut of carpet left over from the original installation. Alternatively, donor pieces can be sourced from under a bed, sofa or other furniture. If a piece of donor carpet cannot be found, all is not lost, it may be possible to repair using a re-tufting process. These tufts can be taken from around the room without it being noticeable.  The result is an invisible repair to your carpet which you can continue to regularly vacuum and deep clean.
